Precision Woodworking has been building birdhouses in it's Stormville New York shop for more than 25 years.

Owner Bart Zagami has been designing and fabricating birdhouses since 1980.

Frustrated with using a vacuum cleaner, while standing on a ladder, to clean out old nests from some of his birdhouses, Bart designed and tested the birdhouses on this site to be easy to clean (thus EZ-Clean Estate Birdhouses).

All our birdhouses are fabricated, assembled, and stained in our own workshop.
